Flow from the reservation to your use of the service
1. Prior confirmation
After your application, we will send you detail such as meeting location and the time by mail.
Please let us know if you need to change on the reservation of the day or before.
※There are cases where the airplane will be delayed due to bad weather.
2. Pick you up at the airport
On that day ,we will pick you up at the airport.
The driver which has raised your name placard will have been waiting you.
※It is different from the arrival location by the flight.
Therefore ,we will confirm in advance.
3. Drop you off at the lodging place
We will drop you off at the lodging place by way of where you can get the key (BnB reception).
※If you arrive early and you have time until check-in, it is possible to take you to the restaurant and so on.
The driver will adapt to circumstances as possible.
Please tell driver what you need.
4. during your stay
During your stay , you can use service depending on each plan.
You can consult with the driver about the time and where you want to go , at any time.
